7) Remove the Windows installation DVD and Improve the Screen resolution.
That’s it; you have completed the Windows 10 Technical Preview installation, now you can decide if Windows 10 which Microsoft worked so hard on is better or worse than Windows 7.
8) Improve your graphics resolution:
The default desktop resolution when you have completed the installation uses a built-in graphics driver and the screen resolution may be too low for your monitor. Take note that during the installation other device drivers specific to your computer’s hardware including the driver for your graphics card, an NVIDIA GTX 750 in my PC.
You should restart the computer and load Windows 10 again (now you should see a much higher display resolution). You can access the “NVIDIA Control Panel” which can be found in the Windows 10 ‘Control Panel / Appearance and Personalization’ section to change the resolution to what best meets your needs.
9) Change your Time Zone The date and time may be incorrect located in the lower right corner of the Taskbar, double click on the time and click on the ‘Change date and time ’ link.
Now click on the ‘Change time zone’ button.
Select your time zone from the pull down list. If the date and time are correct, click ‘OK’ and you’re done. If the time is slightly off after changing the time zone, then click on the ‘Change date and time’ button and make any adjustment that are necessary.
